is a family home situated in an acre of land approximately 3/4 of a mile from the village of Pendoylan in the Vale of Glamorgan.
The newly refurbished accommodation consists of three dwellings, consisting of two fully contained cottages and a studio apartment.
Kingfisher Cottage has two bedrooms, one double and one twin and Swallow Cottage has one double bedroom. They are both sympathetically converted from a stone barn, however have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms and open plan living rooms with sofa beds for extra occupancy if needed.
Both the cottages are light, airy and comfortably furnished. They have ample safe parking and both have their own patio areas for alfresco dining.
The local village of Pendoylan is walkable and has a lovely country gastro pub. There are also two great pubs 1 1/2 miles drive away 'The Three
Horseshoes' and the Sportsmans Rest, plus many more.
The heart of the countryside yet close to City, coast and road networks.
